This BIOS will work with Windows 95, 98, ME, and XP. It is the recommended revision if upgrading to XP. Check existing BIOS. The version needs to read 4W4SB0X0.xxx.xxxx.Pxx (where Pxx is the current revision number). This is revision P14, so anything lower is upgradable.
