IBM 2158 Aptiva Driver. ROM Update Utility System Ver.V72EN2D I got this bios from Japan's IBM web site. I think It's the last for the Acer V72 mobo & updates it to 3.2. Run the file, it creates a bootable floppy. If your trying to to install an NVidia PCI vid card forget it. It's a different PCI standard NOT supported.
