I had the exact same BIOS TBA0531D, create a bootable floppy disk and copy the following files: awdfl722.exe and Tba0210d.bin. Then restart the system and execute

c:\awdfl722.exe tba0210d.bin

and follow the prompts. It worked for me like a charm. Take a backup of the existing BIOS when it prompts just to be safe.
