Made a change to ensure the system will boot properly without an error when a multi-card (SD, CF, smart media) reader/writer is being inserted. Made a change to prevent a USB2.0 device from being recognized as a USB1.1 device when it is connected through a USB hub after the system has resumed from hibernation
