Power on the PC.

Press the ESC key during logo screen

Select to Enter Setup.

Check the line marked System BIOS

It should start with 6. Example:"System BIOS 6.03"

Issues resolved by this BIOS upgrade:

System BIOS v6.04 = solves issue S3 on Windows 98.

KB BIOS v1.04 = CPU fan noise reduction.
