This driver was listed on the Dell website as the driver for the GXM when I did a search for BIOS updates. It lists fixes for W95 and WNT, but says NONE when asked about operating system - which in my experience means it will work with ANY OS. You will need to download it to the harddrive you want to update the bios on. Run from the hard drive. Good Luck
