PC Chips M583LMR Artx gfx CMI8738 sound HSP56 modem Driver. Just unrared it and then told device manager where to find the folders and it all worked for me. Read the readme file in the arcive.

This archive contains the ArtX graphics driver that works, the CMI8738 sound card driver (with joystic support) and the HSP56 Modem driver for the funny looking pin connected modem. I've not found the LAN driver but network cards are cheep enough.

All the drivers are off this site but this is them all together. I had a heck of a job finding drivers for this board and thought it would be handy to have them all in one file.
