DTK Computer PAM-0056i, E0/E1/E2 Driver. This web site has a wealth of information and resources for all DTK computer models. The site is SLOW! So you have to be very patient and persistent, but you can get what you need from here if you keep trying. I found that the fastest connection times were between 11 PM and 6 AM CST. The site seems to shut down after 6 AM, so I think they close it at the end of their working day in Taiwan, which would make it around 6-8 PM there.
