This is a Phoenix Bios update for a Cognac Motherboard. Version 3.07 date 9/17/01 After you update your bios, it'll display HP Invent for a splash screen, but you can disable it in the bios. It doesn't have to be an HP computer. Just any computer with a Cognac Motherboard.
