Award bios version 1.05 for the Atrend ATC-7100M. This file contains the bin file plus the Award flash program. After downloading double-click the file to extract files to default unzip folder (c \7100v105) then click the UNZIP button. File will be extracted to that folder. Now take a floppy disk and insert into floppy drive. Format the disk using the "place system files on disk" option to create a boot floppy. When finished, copy the 2 files you just extracted to the floppy. Leave disk in drive and reboot. Launch the exe file on the floppy and following the on-screen prompts.
